Maali Mary Akor holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi. she is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is a Business Development Professional with extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and revenue growth. She possesses a strong foundation with a five years' experience in accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and performance analysis, combined with a proven ability to drive sustainable business expansion. With a strategic mindset and analytical strength, she aligns financial discipline with growth-focused initiatives, enabling organizations to improve profitability, strengthen governance structures, and optimize operational efficiency. Her experience spans budgeting, risk management, market development, partnership cultivation, and corporate performance improvement. Mr. Onyedikachi Jude holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Abuja. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), holds the AAT qualification, and is currently progressing through the ACCA program. He is a detail oriented accounting and audit professional with solid experience in financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management. His expertise spans audit methodology, financial analysis, and process improvement across multiple industries. Mr. Onyedikachi began his career as an Accountant with Abuja Urban Mass Transport Company and later gained frontline banking experience at FirstBank Nigeria Plc. He advanced into audit practice at Olubisi Oladapo & Co. as an Audit Associate/Tax Analyst, contributing to statutory audits, tax compliance, and IFRS based reviews. He has held key roles including Finance Manager at Rayuwa Farms Ltd and Head of Internal Audit at Peniel Apartment, where he strengthened governance structures and internal control systems. He currently serves as an Internal Audit & Control Officer at Transcorp Hotels Plc, supporting ICFR implementation, audit coordination, and enterprise wide assurance activities. Known for integrity, accountability, and excellence, Mr. Onyedikachi brings versatile experience across banking, audit, hospitality, agriculture, and transportation. He is based in Abuja, Nigeria.

Lt Col David Solomon Aghedo (Rtd) has his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu. He has his first degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and a master’s degree in Political Economics and Development Studies from University of Jos. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA. Lt Col David (Rtd) is also ICAN Certified Forensic Auditor (CFA). Before his retirement from the Nigerian Army, he has Military awards and some of them are Force Service Star (FSS) and Pass Logistics Staff Course (PLSc). He has over Twenty Sir year professional working experience and was saddled with roles of Deputy Director Finance in Headquarters Nigerian Army Department of Administration, Army. He was also 3 Division Nigerian Army Cashier/Staff Officer Payment, Head of Department of Accountancy in Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration, as well as a School Bursar in Command Secondary School, Lagos. After retirement, he is working with Olubisi Oladipo & Co (Chartered Accountants, Tax Practitioner & System Auditors). He is currently a Security Consultant to Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC). Lt Col David is married and bless with a child.

Dr. Peters Kazeem Olawale is a distinguished management professional and Human Resources strategist with over two decades of leadership experience. A lifelong advocate for professional development, Dr. Peters is a graduate of Banking & Finance and, holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH). Mr. Abiodun Shittu (Senior Partner), holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Jos and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He trained to become a chartered accountant with Akintola Williams & Co. (Chartered Accountants)-now Akintola Williams Deloite before spending over two decades in Manufacturing, Banking and Consultancy Services. His extensive knowledge of the Nigerian business operational and regulatory architecture has brought tremendous value to the practice. He is happily married with children; he is our partner in charge of quality control.

Dr. Odeh Michael has his first degree in Accounting from University of Jos, Jos Nigeria and a second degree in Finance from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a Certified Risk Practitioner by APMG (UK). He has a Phd in forensic accounting and He also holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from Galilee International Management Institute, Galilee, Israel. He started his Accounting career with Olusola Adekanola & Co (Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners), with three years’ experience in Taxation. He has over fifteen years working experience in the Banking industry, during which he worked in Finance, Risk Management, Audit & Inspection, Investigation and Marketing. Mr. Odeh is married with children.
